I had vitligo spot under my lips for last one year. It has completly gone away. I am not lying.  I did two treatments at a time  to get rid of vitiligo and it gave a faster result. First is homeopethy and the second one is ayurvedic. I used to take both the medicines after the gap of 1/2 hr.Below the treatments are described in detail.

1)Homeopethy Treatment:

 I took the homeopethy medicine of dr shah. His website is www.askdrshah.com. You can send him your vitligo report online and accordingly he will send you the medicines. This Dr is in India so you  have to communicate with him or anybody from his team on line. All the information is given on his website.

2)Ayurvedic Treatment:

 I took ayurvedic medicines along with homeopethy medicines. Also with that you have to do 2 yogas 15 minutes each everyday. First is anulomvilom yoga and the second one is kapalbhati yoga which are fairly simple. Just in case you want to see how to perform those yogas. See the below link.

Ayurvedic Medicines
1) Bakuchi @ 50 gm
2) Kayakalp vati @ 20 gm
3) Giloy Sat @ 20 gm

Method:

-Mix above 3 medicines and make a powder and take 1/3 teaspoon twice with honey before meals.

-Also I used to  make a paste as below and spread it on the vitiligo spot as recommended to me by the ayrurvedic expert.

- Take Divya Switraghna lep and mix with neem oil and apply on the spot.
